is there any other (software or hardware) alternative for waveclock to convert music to midiclock?

yes there is. i use the beta of this software. its not available to the public yet, but you might be able to ask them as well to get on the beta.
one of the features that i absolutely LOVE about this software is that you can set a delay. so lets say you are at a gig that is 80ft away from the stage. if you were to tap out the tempo to what you're hearing in the FOH booth it would be milliseconds off from the actual sound at the front of the stage. by setting a delay, the interface accounts for all this and sends out midi time clock that is actually in sync to the music being output

I want to continue this topic. Unfortunately, the Waveclock PC version is no longer available (project closed). And the need to have a reliable solution for providing a midi clock is still relevant. What analogs of Waveclock for PC exist today?

It's an old piece of hardware... but it still works fine for me...when I need it.

Yes, there is such a device. But, I would like to get along with purely software solutions. In our installation, there are already quite different hardware ...
