we tried res.2 beta on our last gig, and noticed the following:
we use two notebooks networked via firewire, and the vidnet solution works just fine....until one of the pc's get crashed.
the problem is that after you reboot one of the computers, the vidnet just won't work anymore, or one-way only after a half an hour or so...and since we do visuals with two computers and no dvd or anything, we simply can't reboot both computers the same time.
it would be perfect if you could just reset the network stream for both computers, being able to use the vidnet again.
(and more than perfect if computer 1 won't freeze while you restart computer 2)
