I would appreciate a few clarifications on the following new features. Although I have been using V1.51 for a while, I admit I found it hard to follow some of the new options. Have tried looking it up in the manual, but could not find suitable references.
> what is the purpose behind switching clips between layers (using the small up/down arrows)? Does is have to do with the in-built layer display priorities? What are the rules of switching and how do they relate to active and non-active layers? In other words, how do the buttons behave? Seems like the switch is somewhat too ilogical.
> Like wise what is the reasoning behind switching Effect Layers? What are the switching rules there?
> How does one control the Freeframe Sources (not effects)? What is the ZxSpectrum?
> Sometimes a message appears to "select direction" -- direction of what, playback/Effect?
> What is the difference between Effect SLOT and Effect LAYER?
