We'd love to share all of our plugins for free with everyone, but unfortunately we can't afford to spend the time on developing new plugins and improving existing ones without getting some money.

We decided that the best thing to do would be to continue releasing some free plugin packs while also releasing affordable commercial packs. The money made from the commercial packs pays for time to write new free plugins and to improve existing free plugins.

So, Syzygy Strip Show 1.1 has been funded by the people who have bought Hold On, Wait a Minute so far. More sales of Hold On Wait A Minute will mean more free releases for everyone.

People who buy the commercial packs also get the free plugins earlier than everyone else to thank them for their support.

That make sense?

@ sysygy:
before i start bugging, i really appreciate your free giveaways and i do love your plugins! but... ;)
... i am getting horizonta llines (coloured pink or yellow) when draging most of those effects on a clip. my fault? yours? or simply not comartible with resolume?

Oops, missed the last few posts of this discussion.

Do you think we need to make it clearer that some of the plugins are demos?

I guess we could put the demos in a different folder within the .zip.

We want to get the balance right between making sure as many peopel as possible try the demos but not confusing everyone or doing too much hard sell...
