Simple, but sometimes useful feature. For example, we have clip with beginning part, and loop part:
Beginning part from 0 to 1 sec,
Loop part from 1 to 5 sec.
Currently we can split it into two clips, which are controlled by autopilot: "play next clip" for beginning and "do nothing" for looped part.
But what if we had feature to Autopilot not only inside layer, but inside clip by Cue Points? For example, we set cue point Q to 1 sec, then select from clip Autopilot menu:
Goto Cue Point -> Q.
If we not set Q cue point, Autopilot works as "Do nothing" option, but if Q cue point is set, then magic happens.
Also It's been useful to put small markers on timeline where cue points are.

I like the idea of the markers for the cue points it makes for better ease of use, and the addition to the autopilot to incorporate the cue points as well...
