beat display goes nuts after Sleep

on my windows laptop
when the computer is put to sleep and waken, and resolume is running, the beat display rectangles start to spin like nuts.
(on sleep wake resolume freezes for a few seconds but I would expect that with external HW connected)
the playback speed is correct however in BPM mode.
