Black Magic DeckLink SDI 4K

Hi everyone
I recently purchased Arena 5 but the camera input via Black Magic DeckLink SDI 4K
is not working.
Arena 5 recognise the source under - Black Magic Capture Devices - DeckLink SDI 4K but there is no output at all.
The video works and the card works fine because I have an Arkaos software and it works just fine on Arkaos.
Anybody have a clue why this is happening?

Blackmagic Decklink inputs can only be used in one software at any given time so make sure you have all other connections closed.

Have you made sure you've selected the correct input format?

If you want us to help you quickly and accurately, please let us know exactly what you're doing and where it's going wrong.

For example:

"I've dragged the 4K capture input from the Sources tab to a clip slot. I've selected 1080p30 from the dropdown. When I trigger it, the result is a black frame. I've made sure I'm sending a 1080p30 signal to the Decklink box."

This way we have a clear overview of what you're doing and it becomes so much easier to spot the possible problem.

What is the correct format because I have tried mostly of them.
My camera is connected via SDI on the Decklink SDI 4K card installed at my computer.
On the Desktop Video Utility the settings for video input is SDI
and video output 1080p30 (but I tried even lower resolution)
On the Arena 5 the source is DeckLink SDI 1 and the settings are connection SDI and format 1080p30
I am positive the card does work because on the same computer I have Arkaos running (not at the same time) and it works fine.
What else can I do to explain it better

That would depend on your camera output. What's the output setting on it?

On the Desktop Video Utility the settings for video input is SDI

That's the default setting but the settings in Resolume should override it.
As a note, Blackmagic is very picky with frame rate so 29.97 is different than 30 and most cameras will output at 29.97 not 30.

Have you tried 59.94 or 60?

Have you tested with Blackmagic Media Express?
