Hello all, I'm having trouble with my output. I have a 3'x3' video wall which only displays the upper 1/4 corner of my image. Its a simple jpeg in Arena 5.0 I've adjusted everything I can think of in advanced output and input selections. I did several searches and couldn't find anything or in the manual. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

Sure. I'd be happy to share.
First, I went into the settings on the PC (running win10) and adjusted the displays so my output would be on Display 2 and made sure I had the correct resolution. Then I went back into Arena5 and confirmed my advanced output was correctly sized to my screen and sending on Display 2. Once I had that sorted, I sent an image from my composition to my screen, at which point my screen went completely black. At that point, I needed to move on, so I switched to my mac book which I had loaded with the same composition (for just such and event) and posted "Resolved" so as not to waste anyone's time on a pointless digression.
After switching to the mac, I had no problems and the job was a success. After a 16 hour day, I went home and slept for 4 hours. Then I went to my next job which went 15 hours.
When I had a few free moments, I went into the BIOS on the dead PC and ran a hard drive test, which failed.
Yesterday, I took my broken HP notebook back to Best Buy to see if they could salvage any data from the 3 month old machine. Turns out the hard drive completely failed. They gave me a replacement, which is great, but I had $2k in software and 30 build hours on that machine.
I've just finished reloading most of my programs on the new PC when I logged on to re install Arena5 and came across your reply.

Yikes. That sounds like a stressful evening. Happy to hear you were able to play and are getting a new computer!
