done. I updated the spreadsheet.
2 1920x1080 displays

480p -
clean20+
noise20+

1080p -
clean17
noise10

4k -
clean 3
noise 2

650€
without a doubt, the cheapest solution in terms of power. I will try 3 display setup the next weeks. Also multiple usb capture cards from black magic.

Iam still blown away. And this is only the i5 version. the Nuc with i7 skylake and iris 580 will be a 4k Monster.to be released in summer i hope.

Just keep in mind that the onboard grafic card solutions are not nativ supported with arena & the mapping features.
So as long everything works you can be happy but it may have some point were the intel card just wont work the way you want to.

I just tested NUC with a 3 Display setup. 2 displays daisychangend via mini displayport(3440x1440 60p, 2560x1440 60p) and another dipslay over HDMI (1920x1080 60i)

benchmarking 1080p was spread over 2 monitors in multiple slices and one control monitor (changing the controll monitor didnt effect the framerate)
clean 14
noise 7

i also added a Intensity shuttle pro and feed the HDMI out directly back into resolume. Digital analog feedback i guess, was fun to play around with ;)
Image
The latency seems to be 3 to 4 frames or around 130ms. (the refreshrate of the monitors and the measurevideo where 30fps)
Image
As i read the specs of NUC, 3 out of 4 usb 3.0 ports have there own pcie lane.
Image
One should be able to connect 3 Intesity shuttle's then. Will test the secound on monday.

At this point, i realy consider to never buy a normal PC again. seems to be pretty easy to extend the 4x miniPCie port and raise it to a full slot (perhaps for Decklink quadro or something).
Image
The i7 with iris 580 will have 72 Execution Units, that are one thrid more than the current setup. With direct acces to the 32GB DDR4 it will be a shir monster. I wonder how many daisychanes i can make

i tested it with or 40 slices on 3 screens and in advance mode. Everythings working like it should. Can you recommend some examples ?

Some Problems reported you´ll find here :

viewtopic.php?f=12&t=10001&hilit=intel+card

But as i said ;) test it, and if it works fine you´ll have a cheap and strong machine

Be happy about it...
