Instagram plugin

Does anyone know about a plugin that is windows compatible and that would be capable of sharing to my screen anything coming from instagram with a specific hashtag or likes being done on pictures in my account?

there is a plugin for an instagram feed; it is called Insta2VJ - about 6 months ago I checked it out myself
