Running MPC and Resolume on same PC via art net

Hi All,

I'm currently using a custom Pc for an in house install in a club. Due to size restrictions we can only fit a touch screen and a small format controller (Martin m-touch).
I'm having major problems with using a enttec dmx pro mk2 For dmx in and MTouch for dmx out.
It works but whichever programme turns on first "hogs" both devices and makes getting it to work a massive pain of opening and closing programmes numerous times until it works.

I know we cannot use a loop back device to send art net but could I install a secondary lan port and connect the lan port from the pc then go back into the installed pcie lan port?
Is that enough to trick Resolume into taking it as an art net connection?
