Video Clips not loading

Hello everybody,

I'm having issues on my Windows 10 machine loading video content. I load the video folder in the resolume browser, but neither a preview of the video or anything loads. When I try to drag and drop the clip onto a track it doesn't load onto the deck. I have resolume installed on a SSD with my OS and the video files are on a separate internal drive inside my tower. Also should add that the demo project loads fine and all the videos in the deck play, I just can't drag and drop my own clips into a session.

what kind of video files are those? format/codec

They are .mov files, they work perfectly fine on my macbook pro but not my PC.

Make sure you have quicktime installed.

Ahhh! I knew it was something simple like that... I just didn't find the answer in any of my research. Wanted to work on a bigger project that's more CPU/GPU intensive on my Desktop PC.
