How to share the life act on Facebook

I try to find out how to share the résolume life act directly to facebook.
At first is it possible or not, if yes how?
I know that it is possible to share directly a life video from the mobile phone but is it possible from a windows PC?

says you can only do live video from iOS or android.

I would go with resolume syphon output to openBroadcaster, streamig to a server like youtube or ustream and share that link on facebook.

so on Facebook will be a link to the life steam out of Facebook directly to ustream for example or YouTube
