Resolume + Blackmagic Shuttle USB 3.0 Help

So I'm trying to use my Blackmagic Shuttle USB Intensity capture card with resolume 5 on windows 8.1.

For some reason the connection and format options where I specify the type and resolution or no where to be found when I drop the Intensity Shuttle into resolume. I have gotten it to work before but Have no idea how I did. The "Connection" and "Type" options just magically showed up and everything worked fine. But I have no idea how It showed up in the first place. I've attached a screenshot of whats going on. AS you can see it's missing the two critical options that makes the shuttle work with resolume.

Anyways, any help would be much appreciated.

Are you using the shuttle in another software?

if you enable the shuttle in advanced output as an output device, it disables the shuttle inputs and settings.
it can't be an input and output at the same time.
