Hi Guys, Im having repeatedly issues when downloading purchased footage.
The download stops after a while, saying "the request timed out".
At that point I am not able to resume download, but I need to restart the download instead.
In general a download will fail at least a few times before I am able to secure it.
Is there any alternative way to download, by FTP or similar?
A am using Safari on El Capitan at the moment...

Sorry to hear you're having problems, Warpnote.
We do not host our footage ourselves. Instead we use an Amazon hosting sevice, that has the entire store mirrored over several servers across the globe. This is essentially the same as FTP, except you should always be connected to a server close to you.
It could be that you are just in an inconvenient location, not properly covered by a mirror. DXV video files tend to get pretty big, which doesn't help things either.
