resolume 2.0 works hasardously
Try indeo 5.2 they are rock solid steady in our configuration. Never heard of the satsuki codecs pack, some reading tells me that it's only a decoder pack. You only use existing movies? In our experience using 1 type of codec in 1 veejayset works best, best performance / stability. Any1 else feel free to counter-comment, cause this is only our experience.
If you are using all kinds of codecs in 1 set, you should consider re-coding them all to indeo 5.2. This might greatly enhance the stability of resolume, and will give you a performance boost for sure.
Cheers,
Niels / Sense
PS:
2.1 Seems to exit when trying to load an xvid kinda codec. So I think that's your problem. Tried to load an episode of 24 (xvid) yesterday (for fun) but Resolume suddenly disappeared, probably doesn't like 24
Didn't bother me too much, cause xvid is not suitable for veejaying anyway.
