Masking on output monitor.

Hi ,

I need to mask an output area and have it always unmask and mask via a shortcut key.
The mask area needs to be fade in and out option.
Needs to be short cut key.

Anyone can advise how do I do it ?

use a black-white image or video in the top layer of your composition and set that layer to mask50 blend, and opacity to 100%.
you can then map your clip to key /midi /osc and another key to the layer eject 'X' button.
