Blackmagic Web Presenter

They advertise it as Web Presenter: convert any SDI or HDMI camera to USB web-camera.
But i wonder if it can work as a replacement for Magewell capture dongle or AJA U-Tap.
12G SDI + hardware downconverter + posibility to switch between SDI and HDMI (so you can have two different inputs).
Looks like a great device for money.

Could be useful for certain applications. I would expect a fair amount of latency with that much conversion going on.
