Some mapping keys do not work

Hello everyone!

My question / problem is the following, I am mapping on my notebook's own keyboard, but when executing these keys do not work, eg: The \ , ' , ~ , / , ;

When I press the [ key it is pressed ]

I already use other VJ software on my notebook are these keys work normally

I performed the mapping in Avenue 4.2.1 and Arena 5.1.1.

I think it's not a problem with the configuration of the equipment, but anyway I'll leave it here:

- Windows 8.1 Pro
- Intel Core i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70GHz
- 4GB Memory
- Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Can I add the arrow keys can't be mapped on my keyboard. Wish I could use them. :/
