Hi
I am fairly new to Resolume and need advice on the next stage of my theatre project.
I am currently running the SDI output of a Canon FX205 camera into a Blackmagic UlttraStudio Express displaying the image full screen on my MBP using Arena5. I realise this is overkill just to get a nice looking image on a computer screen. However what I want to do next, is to output the Resolume image ( which includes live video as well as scenes, backdrops and effects) into an HD theatre projector using the UltraStudio's SDI output to the Projector's SDI input.
Will that work? Or will it only output the camera to the projector?

SDI in out using UltraStudio Express
Re: SDI in out using UltraStudio Express
The Ultrastudio Express is not full duplex. Meaning that it can't receive an input and send an output at the same time.
But why don't you just use your computer's regular video output to connect to the projector via HDMI, or using a DVI/SDI converter?
