but it gets worse.
Suddenly and out of the blue Resolume stopped receiving MIDI clock from Ableton. After numerous restarts and debugging to no avail I resorted to the previous version of Resolume.
What I didn't realise is that by opening the old version and as mentioned on the linked post, it wiped out external directories for VST's on Res's preferences. I made the mistake of saving my composition and now I've lost 12 hours of work from yesterday.
Basically opening a different version of Resolume wipes out all the external VST directories on ALL INSTALLED VERSIONS.
I'm NOT a happy bunny!
I'm sticking with the previous version for now and I will have to spend a while now redoing everything I've lost.
