Hi,i have GTX 1070 card and i'am outputting 3 outputs (1920x1080 x 3)
I'am using only background images and Blackmagic Capture Card with 1080i50 input.
My FPS is 15-16
Where is a problem in this setup?

what is your composition size?
how many layers play at once?
what kind of clips? resolution?
which resolume version?

Is your GUI set to a monitor attached to the 1070. Is your 3d settings in the Nvidia control panel set to have resolume using the Nvidia card?
