viewing your projection

Hi,

I am a noob and I have two questions:

1- When I produce something that I want to play on a projector, how do I hide the screen borders and panels and show only my projection as it is full screen plz?

2- How do I show a face at a time of a certain cube (knowing that I am using png images to show on the sides)
