APC40 midi map arrows to switch layers, clips or decks

Hi all, looking to map my APC40 arrows to switch layers, clips or possibly even decks. The problem is I only have shortcut keys on my keyboard for that and nice arrows on my controller that do noting.

Am I missing how to do this?
