Incoming SMPTE jumping around

Hi,
I'm playing off 2 CDJs: Left channel of the track is the audio and goes into the mixer, right channel is the SMPTE (25fps) and goes into the computer.
Resolume picks up both the incoming SMPTE signals from the 2 CDJ's and runs smoothly, however when I change the pitch on the CDJ's (I prefer to speed up the music by approximately 3%) the SMPTE starts jumping around.

Is there a workaround for this so I can still use the pitch on the CDJ's ?
