Slow Video Playback

I have an urgent resolume arena 5 issue. We are experiencing lag in our video playback. All of them are playing slow.

Our videos do not have audio
Clips are in timeline mode
Using DXV codec
The files are approx 25 megs
720p
No FX being used
The Playback speed is set to 1.00

I need to get this sorted TODAY. PLEASE HELP!

What kind of computer are you using?

Are you using other software at the same time?

composition speed is also 1?
what is the audio buffer size in preferences?
