new build 8+ layers 8+ outputs HELP

hi all
Im looking to build or buy an machine to run 18 hour days running different content across 12 different room in a nightclub/restaurant/bar with 25 1080/4k screens in total & but all content will be 1080p.

we have a 16 channel output switch with 12 input to do most of the routing with also 4 sky box's and standerd free view tv also mixed in

but i need a system what can run resolume with at least 8 layers as 8 or more outputs or even a setup of GPU's what can do the job
i have been looking a a dual set of gtx 1080s and i7 with 32gb ram and or a triple head to go if theres not enough outputs on gpus

if theres any other option please let me know

How many different pieces of content will be outputting? Just 8?
Will it need to be in sync with anything?

If it's just 8 and doesn't have to be in perfect sync, Try a black magic decklink quad with 8 sdi outputs into a sdi matrix and have that do your routing. use a single gtx 1080ti for rendering.

one Nvidia 1080ti + two Datapath FX4 and you can get 8 @ 1080p60 from two DP outputs.

Keep the HDMI for UI and you'll have one spare DP output for future expansion such as a third Datapath FX4 for an add'l 4 @ 1080p60.
