Hii can anyone advise me as to what a proper setup for something like this would look like?

I see that no one has advised you as of yet so I'll give you a few pointers:

• - A lot of what you're seeing can be created in the advanced output setup.
  - If your composition is wider than one projector, first you'll have to blend 2 or more projectors to get a seamless image
  - Then, you'll create all the slices you need to break the artwork into all these segments.
  
  
  • - Pay close attention to how you line up any of the slices that will overlap screens.
    - Also note that any slice that you want to use for line animation and content will have to be duplicated and have different sources such as (layer 1 for lines and composition for content)
  - Export an SVG file an create line animation.
  - Import your media/content or stream it via Syphon/Spout/NDI
  - Voila.
