I've always used vidnet to link my two comps in resolume, and it has generally worked well. However with 2.2, both comps detect the other under sources, however when placed into a layer no video shows up...
any suggestions? I'm linking using firewire and ethernet100 bridged, this has worked in the past giving me a virtually lossless connection...
on a similar note, does anyone know how to make firewire show up as a network device in windows 2000? i've tried this program called firenet, http://www.unibrain.com/1394_products/1 ... net_pc.htm, but it still won't work - have to use winxp (which i don't generally like)
vidnet not working in 2.2
will someone pleaase help me with this vidnet problem in 2.2!? Is anyone else experiencing it? Is it just me and my setup? vidnet works great in previous versions, but not anymore! Like I said the comps show up in sources, and load into decks and layers, but no video is actually fed through them... please help!
