R6 autopilot stopped

I setup a test autopilot run last night with 11 images last night and the clip targeting (all play next clip, last clip play first clip in sequence). This morning open composition and the autopilot feature just isn't working. Click on any of the clips (all set to the default 1s) and nothing happens.

It did start back up when the GUI window lost focus and I swapped to browswer.

Edit: Now I've tried restarting the auto pilot just isn't working now. The focus trick isn't working.
Also, when I load the first image, then preview it - it is black. If I preview another clip that isn't loaded, it looks fine.

Deleting and adding clips again doesn't work either

I can't recreate the auto pilot stopping when the clips are set to play next/first clip, and the composition is reloaded.
So I'd need some clues, or do you perhaps still have the composition in which the auto pilot doesn't work? If so Could you attach it here to a post?
