[beta 3] changing BPM doesnt update Beat looper

Tested on both Avenue and Arena on beta release updated on 19/10/17 (unregistered)

While im not sure this is exactly something you would use during a show, its a bug none the less.

if you have a clip set to beats mode at 8 beats, and have it playing in sync... then put the beat looper onto 1 bar.

Change the beats in the clip to 4, the speed of the clip play back at the speed you would expect (double), but it will be only playing half of the bar.
