playback speed 10 x too fast!

Hi Folks,

One annoying feature with Arena 6 is that the playback is set to full speed in the Composition settings.
This means that all your clips will play at 10 times faster than the speed you put them in on.
To change this go to "Common" in the Composition window, and change the speed to 1.
This should be a default setting.

The playback speed should be set at 1 by default so not sure why it comes up at 10 on your end. Are you sure you're not moving the global speed slider in the UI by accident?

...or have any OSC/midi sender attached to your computer which sends the command to max out the playback speed?

Hello,

we had the same issue using a composition with 2 groups. During the show the clips are suddenly played too fast but it happens only on group 2. Even when I imported the composition file to another computer the wrong speed was only on group 2.

Now I've tried to reproduce this issue with the same composition file and now both groups are now playing at the wrong speed. Today I've used the original resolume video files which comes with the initial setup. I've attached the composition file and hope you can figure out what went wrong.

Just checked your comp and if you right click on the global speed slider, that will bring it back to the default value which is 1.

I did recognized the group speed slider, but missed the global comp slider
