Macbook Clips Frozen

Hi,

This is my first post on this board, but I hate that it has to be for a Resolume problem. We're in the last minutes before a show at a church and a lot of our clips have frozen and will not play along the transporter. The clips are frozen at the thumbnail level.

We tried clearing clips from all of our decks, but resolume still will not play the clips.

We're using a Macbook Pro early 2013 with a 2.6ghz i5 processor, 1.5GB vRAM and 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM

Can someone send us a solution please?

Are you sure you didn’t accidentally hit the pause button in the layer transport section?

Or accidentally set the composition speed slider to 0?
