New here** Just getting started and need a few pointers

Just got our first video wall and it is on a loan until I figure out how to use it. Running a 12mm wall and I have a control box and what not but my main question is can you scale the video wall im building within the Resolume program or would I need to buy a seperate piece of equipment? I have something on the screen so far but nothing that is a full graphic on the wall. I have nowhere else to look than this website for answers so anything would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

Do you have Resolume Arena? or Avenue?
What size is the wall? In pixels.?
Is Resolume the only input into the “control box”?
What brand / model is the “control box”?
