how can i turn off hyperthreading in win XP as its said in the faq's?

You can do it in your Bios settings

i've had problems multitasking during a gig with resolume, when Hyperthreading is turned off !

pluging in the USB and attempting to download the photos we take on the night kills the system for me. Just not practical to close resolume, just to download the photos....

but yeah resloume runs better with hyper turned off.

Unfortunately not all hyperthreading comps can have it turned off. My bios doesn't even come close to letting me turn it off. Big disappointment on my notebook
