SDI video switcher
Looking for recommendations on a portable SDI video switcher
Re: SDI video switcher
Just picked up an ATEM TV studio 4K. Nice because unlike most switchers in that format it has frame synchronisers and resolution independent inputs. So you can output up to 2160p while inputting anything from 720p all the way up. Downsides include lack of a grab/freeze function and (for me) lack of any HDMI inputs.
What’s your need / budget?

Re: SDI video switcher
Roland has some good ones.
Re: SDI video switcher
...yes I would also suggest the Roland V1-SDI

I think the Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio HD is a great entry level switcher and hard to beat for the money!
That being said, I have not use the Roland V-1 SDI but it looks like a nice unit!
