When I open the text effect when using the program, 6 programs are output. I want support for the solution.

When you add a Text (Animator or Block?) FX or add a Text Animator Or Block Source?

Can you take a screenshot of what it is doing?

Could you please send us your log file via the feedback tab in preferences?
Also make sure to send the crash reports using the reporter dialog that should pop up after the crash with your email address, so we can get a better idea of what happens.
