How to add Shortcut tab in the GUI?

Hi All,
I am not able to figure it out how to add the shortcut tab to my GUI( by default it shows Files ,composition ,effect and sources)
I know when I click on the shortcuts on the top menu , the EDIT MIDI option will bring up this option BUT I would like to know if there is a way to have access to my presets in the play mode , without going to the edit mode.

The shortcuts panel only shows in shortcut editing mode indeed.
It's not possible currently to show it if you are not editing shortcuts.
