Avenue 6 Registration ERROR

When I enter my serial number, I get this error:

Unable to write to file: /Library/Application Support/Resolume Avenue 6/registration/Registration.avr

I noticed the registration folder was missing so I tried manually adding it (like others did with the same issue) but it did not work for me.

Please help, it so sucks buying software and not being able to use it... reminds me of the olden days!

Looks like the registration folder couldn't be created.
Open Terminal and run the commands
sudo mkdir /Library/Application\ Support/Resolume\ Avenue\ 6
and then
sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Resolume\ Avenue\ 6/

and try registering after that.
