Possible to preview the A/B crossfader buses?

Started poking around with using the Crossfader. I haven't used it in the past, but started working with someone who likes setting up stacks of clips on the A & B buses, and then mixing between them.

My question is: is it possible to preview the A and B buses without showing them on the main output? Ideally I'd like to be playing the output of bus A, then set up a stack of clips on bus B, in the preview window, prior to fading it in.

This is not currently possible.

You can get pretty much the same behavior by using groups to set up your stacks. Then you can either assign the groups to the crossfader or just mix between them regularly.
