Alley not recognizing audio in videos.

I'm trying to convert some videos with audio for playback in Resolume and Resolume wont recognize the audio either in the program itself or in Alley but when I play with VLC the file works just fine. Please help.

Do these files work in the os native player, Movies and TV on windows, Quickview on mac?
