We're getting weird artifacts on rounded edges from anything output of our decklink duo 2 SDI card. Here's a pic. We first thought it was just the LED scaler but it's visible on any monitor connected to the reso machine.

We're outputting 720p 59.94, the outputs are genlocked from our master clock and go through a ross vision switcher, so we cannot change the screen resolution or frame rate for the outputs. I've tried many different composition sizes, from those matching the pixel diminisons of the LED screen, to just 720p... doesn't seem to change anything.
I've put the same image on another machine running propresenter through an ultrastudio 4k and it looked perfectly fine so it seems to just be the resolume machine. This is visible on the LED walls AND any monitors we plug directly into the SDI out, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the LED processor or scalar or the walls as it's visible on multiview TV's in the control room.
System information:
Resolume Arena 6 (Latest Update)
Decklink Duo 2 (Desktop Video V 10.11.4)
GTX 1060
MSI Mortar B360M
Any ideas would be appreciated as our event is on Friday. Thanks!

Re: Aliasing/Jagged edges only from SDI output (decklink duo)
UPDATE 2: arena 5.1.4 does not have this issue.
example pics. 1280x720 comp with content scaled down 50% to fit screen. aliasing is visible with no scaling as well.
