Input Stutters Problem & Resolume not verified?!

Hi,

Have 2 main issues.

1. Input stutter problem
When I have video playback direct from Resolume. Videos are smooth.
However when I play it through an input, videos/livefeed. There will be stutter and frame drops.

Currently running Resolume 6.1.0. Reason being anything after, when I run the program it instantly crashes and crash reports appears.

What info do you need me to provide?

2. Resolume not verified
The computer is not linked to internet as such I cannot register it online.
I did the offline registration which worked. But now it come up with a message saying that it is not verified.
What am I suppose to do with this?

If it's not working still, and you see crashes with 6.1.3. please send us the crash report with the reporter dialog that pops up after a crash, making sure you fill out your email address.

2. Resolume not verified

Resolume 6 needs to connect to the internet periodically to check the registration status, even if you've registered with the offline method.
You get this notification because that failed.
​To get rid of this message, connect your machine to the Internet and restart Resolume.
​Make sure your firewall settings allow Resolume to communicate.

Yes! I manage to settle it by connect the com to the internet.
Video playback via Resoulme has also been settled.

The current known issue left is with the input stutter problem.
As of now, using resolume 6, 6.1.3.
Realise that the input issue maybe due to black magic decklink duo 2.
Anything that runs through it cause the input to stutter/lose frames.
Is there any solution for this?
Tried the DMA texture as well, no difference.

Which Desktop video driver are you using?
Does your CPU and motherboard have enough PCI-e lanes available for all your cards and storage?
Any heavy background processes running?
