Registration Serial Code Not WORKING!

I just oreded a license for arena on two computers and when I type in the serial it says that this code is for Avenue and not Arena. However all my paperwork and confirmation says arena and I definitely paid for the arena license... ANY help? Please. I can't get ahold of support with resolume.

Resolume 7 serials only work with Resolume 7.
Sounds like you are trying to register Arena 6 with a Resolume 7 serial.
