Clip option to ignore scrolling

Much like a Clip has the option to 'Ignore Column Trigger', I'd love to have something like 'Ignore Scrolling' to override the 'Scroll Layers and Clips into view' preference. Most items in my set I DO want to scroll into view as I trigger them from a controller, but certain things like a camera source or logo sit in the first few columns of my deck and I don't need to see them in the GUI when they are triggered.
