[IMPLEMENTED in 7.13] Clock panel in UI

I would like to suggest a clock panel in the UI that is switchable between system clock & a "show clock" that can be started by triggering a specific clip slot/clip.

This is a pretty impressive corporate feature. I use an MA2 and enjoy seeing the timecode in big letters.
