Yesterday I had the same problem again !!
The fog ends up between the beamer and the screen.
Result: no image on screen.
I gues I"m not the only VJ with this problem.

no your not the only one , same after 17 years experience, i have the same at the Cobra cafe -amsterdam- two weeks ago, but i have some tv screens to complet the show, and it was just schort cut... the show was saved...

....but never again!!!...

we get it at the underage gigs we do, those kids love the smoke.

we had 3 projectors at a gig and they were complianing that the club was to bright and the lights didnt have much effect ;)

in the club where i'm resident i had to "unplug" the fog machine becouse the LJ didn't know when to stop :P

At the end it's always a matter of communication.
The ppl organizing a party should be interested in getting pictures onto the screen too. I mean, they pay for ... lighted fog??

If they go for heavy fog, i don't do visuals.
