bmp set per deck

Dear all

Is it somehow possible to specify a bpm value per deck?

In my project, each deck stands for a track/song with it‘s unique bpm.
For this live set with analog instruments and ableton, we use midi-clock, but some tracks start with only analog instruments without ableton starting yet, so I do not get a new midi clock sent yet at the beginning of a track.
Do I have to enter bpm manually or is there a way to link the bpm to a deck?
Could I use touchdesigner and osc, maybe?
