DMX Shortcuts for Transport Per Layer

Hello, is there a way to control transport speed, playmode, playback direction, etc per layer? I'm setting up DMX shortcuts and I'm finding out that I can only set up these transport controls for clips, and those controls control affect every clip as it is selected.

I'm looking to be able to control the clips on layer 2 independently from the clips on layer 1 via DMX shortcuts, is this possible?

For Layer mapping be sure to enable Transport Controls under view and then you should be able to map each layers play direction, For speed you will need to use position or selected clip like Zoltan suggested.

On a related note... What about clip position in and out? Is there a way to map that by layer rather than by composition or selected clip?

Currently that's not possible via DMX.
