well, how can you ask interested parties to try and 'join the team', when there is virtually no information on what the team will be doing further than some kind of involvement in an online vj magazine?

There is a bit more info on the jobs on the website, although it's beyond me why you need to be a VJ to do some of them (ie photographer, flash designer, proof reader)?

eg You're uneccesarily restricting yourself asking for a pro photographer that must be an 'experienced VJ'. I'm sure there's a few, but why not just ask for professional photographers in and of themselves?

ok here goes..

VJ:MAG will be a monthly online magazine, and will host Hardware and software reviews, advertisments, Interviews, downloads, tutorials, exposure, events and much much more.

VJ:Mag will be run by a team of professional dedicated VJ`s from all corners of the world, and provide insight knowledge for the Newbee to the professional.

We are looking for people to join the team, that are involved in the VJ`ing scene, and that have professional working backgrounds, because VJ:MAG requires "Photographers", "writers" etc to understand what VJ`ing is all about, and provide professional output. Your average Photographer may not understand VJ`ing or have access to venues and events.

I must applogise for not giving more information sooner.

I hope this helps.
